Thispaddle is made of sheet steel, heavily tinned. It ismore sanitary than wood and never wears out. The glass bowl is entirely open at the top and the inside isperfectly smooth with no grooves or corners to interferewith cleaning. The entire metal construction may be withdrawn from thebowl with one operation. A large clamp holds the churnsecurely to the table while in operation The churning capacities mentioned below are actual ones and in most cases UNIVERSAL Churns will makeas much butter as the next larger size of other makes.
