A percussion pistol, Lepage in Paris, circa 1830/40. Octagonal barrel, slightly constricted in the middle. The bore has microgroove rifling in 15 mm calibre. A decorative scroll engraved on the chamber and a mark stamped on the side. The lock has a lightly engraved lockplate and bears the maker's inscription, "Lepage Arqr. à Paris". Walnut half stock. Grip with fine chequering. Engraved iron furniture. The pommel fitted with a cap container. Blank silver escutcheon. Iron ramrod.
