More might be said on the subject, but the principal points havebeen described and it only remains to give a short sketch ofW. P. Seguine, general manager of the railroad department ofthe Frost Veneer Seating Company, whose portrait appears on thispage. Mr. Seguine was one of the earliest pioneers in perforated seats. FIG.
