Brighton, UK. 23 February 2020. Thousands of runners joined 30th Brighton Half Marathon starting off at Madeira Drive at covering a mile course through the city and many of its landmarks. Wheelchair races also joined an earlier race. The event ended with the prize awards cerymony to the winners late in the morning. The event brought to the city a festive atmosphere with several roads being closed as a result of the event. The Sussex Beacon, which supports people living with HIV, has been organising the race since 1990
