Sesquicentennial Fountains At Wortham Center - Downtown Houston Texas

I had seen these fountains on photographs before, so on a very warm (and humid) late Summer late afternoon I decided to walk around Downtown Houston to capture them. They are the Sesquicentennial Fountains, (in honor of the City of Houston's 150th birthday in 1986. I parked my car three blocks away on Louisiana Street, and armed will all my gear I went down to the Buffalo Bayou trail system to reach this vantage point. In the background you can see the Bank of America building. The Golden Hour light gently filtered through the trees behind me and since the light wasn't particularly strong, I could blur the water movement a little bit by using an 1/8 second shutter speed. Thanks for looking! FAA WILL NOT appear on image.
