DOEE Was born in Sparta township. Noblecounty, Ind., January 26, 1863. He haslived in the vicinity of the Spartachurch ever since he was four yearsold. In 1884 he married his SundaySchool teacher and together, on De-cember 28, 1886, they united with thechurch. His parents and three sistersalso united at the same time, all under the labors of Elder George Abbott.
