YOKOSUKA, Japan (October 29, 2018) - Seaman Silvia Bohoroquez, a Search and Rescue (SAR) swimmer attached to 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19), climbs down to the ship's Rigid Hull Inflatable Boat (RHIB) for training during a man overboard drill. Blue Ridge is the oldest operational ship in the Navy, and as 7th Fleet command ship, is responsible for patrolling and fostering relationships within the Indo-Asia Pacific Region.
