Sunrise at Kalipokhri (10,400 ft)

Kalipokhri (alt 10,400 ft) was our 3rd Campsite on our trek to Sandakphu. We reached the place around 3 pm when the entire village was covered with dense fog and soon heavy winds started blowing which dipped the mercury below 0° C. It was also the night before our final summit and we all wanted to be warm so nobody ventured out in the night. The shot is from a timelapse that I was shooting the next morning and I liked this one specifically because of the cloud cover over the sun and the colors it generated in the sky.
