Helbling House (Helblinghaus), Innsbruck, Austria

Helbling House (German: Helblinghaus) is a building located in the Old Town (Altstadt) section of Innsbruck, Austria, at Herzog-Friedrich-Strasse. Erected in the 15th century, the building evolved with new architectural styles in later centuries, most notably with the addition of a Baroque façade. The "icing-like" Rococo stucco decorations added in the early 18th century — bows, window frames, oriels, tympana, masks, sculptures, shells — created a unique building, completed in 1732 by Anton Gigl. It was later named after Sebastian Helbling, its owner from 1800 to 1827
