Aside from this dif-ference the examination of the lung wasnegative. There was a slight area ofdullness above the heart and aside fromthis there was no physical signs of aneu-rism. This case is especially in-teresting as the post mortem has beenmade. The radiograph was made aboutsix weeks before death. The followinghistory is given by Dr. Wainwright andDr. Foster:— Mr. M. H. Stevens; age sixty-two;single; occupation, cigar dealer; born ofhealthy parents; temperate in habits;never had any severe sickness, com-menced complaining about two years of pupil, no bruit or change in heartsounds, no abnormal pulsating area, norpain. The heart was normal in size andthere was no evidence of valvular diagnosis of aneurism was madefrom the character of aphonia due topressure upon the recurrent laryngealnerve.
