Wine shelters built from stone to protect the vines that grown miraculously i the native black volcanic sands. The stone shelters act as a wind break.
The stone constructed shelters are used to irrigate the wines overnight when the temperature is lower and condensation produces sufficient water for the wine to grow in the dry volcanic sand.
