The city of Spanish Fork, Utah, held its 15th annual flag-retirement ceremony July 17, 2013. Soldiers of Charlie Battery, 1-145th Field Artillery, retired hundreds of unserviceable flags with the assistance of local Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts.
