Mitochondrial RNA-binding proteins, molecular model. This complex consists of two mitochondrial RNA-binding proteins MRP1 and MRP2. These act together to bind to RNA (ribonucleic acid). Here, they here form a heteromeric complex, specifically a heterotetramer, with fourfold symmetry. These two proteins are from the protozoan Trypanosoma brucei.
