This terminal must be connected to a water-pipe by meansof an insulated or bare wire, or to an earthed conductor, should this be avail-able on the supply mains. In order to prevent any accidental movement of the stand, two screwsare provided in the pedestal by means of which the latter may be slightlyraised, so as to put two castors out of gear.
