Thecontrol equipment is Sprague GeneralElectric Type M, arranged for operationfrom either end of the cab. There are10 steps with the motors in series and 7steps in series-parallel. Control currentfor operating the contractors, lightingand other auxiliary circuits is furnishedby a Type CDM-19, 1,500/600-volt dy-namotor.
