Joel Roos, joins staff members from the Naval Medical Center San Diego CT Team, in cutting the ribbon at the opening of the radiology department’s new CT scanner. The instillation of the new CT scanner will allow staff to provide patients with a quicker procedure at the lowest radiation dose possible.
