A cased pair of flintlock pistols of 'Queen Anne' type,Bunney,Birmingham,circa 1780. Turn-off,smooth bore brass barrels in 14 mm calibre with cannon muzzles. Brass box-locks with signature "BUNNEY LONDON" on the sides as well as Birmingham proof mark on the bottom. Iron trigger and trigger guard. Smooth walnut butts and the pommels each with a silver mascaron. Length 30 cm each. In a wooden case lined with felt,with bullet mould and powder flask. Dimensions 31 x 23 x cm.
