Root, in the United States Circuit Court, for the Northern district of Oliio; Stanley Matthews presiding-. He decided that the patent was void for want of novelty. I have taken an aj^peal to tiie United States Supreme Court at Washington, which will decide the case, and its decision will be final. It it goes ujrainst me I will submit, but if decided in my favor, I shall all who have in- fringed will pay me damages from date of the patent. Some unprincipled parties are advertising that the Courts have decided that the patent is void. This is not the case, as it is before the United States Supreme Court at Wash- ington, at the present time. When that Court gives its opinion it will be final, and until it does, any one infringing will be liable for damages, if the United States Supreme Court sustains the patent. PRICES OF SECTIONS.
