Coast Guard Capt. Kevin Kiefer, retired, lays a wreath at the site of the Titanic resting place on April 21, 2022. The wreaths are dropped from the back of an HC-130 Hercules airplane and symbolize respect for the 1,504 lives lost in the 1912 Titanic tragedy.
