Koumban village, Guinea, 2nd May 2015; This area is above the proposed level of the Fomi dam and will be taking in displaced people. Alama Sékou Condé, 48, married with 3 wives and 12 children, with one of his young cashew plants which will be profitable for him in the future. His hectare farm was given to him by his father. He also plants rice, yam and cassava. The land is very good. He has heard about the dam and he’s prepared to share part of his land with some of the displaced people.
