African Green Monkey or Grivet monkey (Chlorocebus aethiops). This monkey lives in groups of ten to thirty individuals feeding on vegetation, fruits and roots, and mainly residing in savanna woodlands. Occasionally they may feed on small birds and reptiles. Grivets often live near rivers and lakes and are good swimmers. Photographed near Lalibela in Ethiopia.
