With the decline in infections from the third wave of Covid 19, the pandemic seems to be finally moving away but leaving behind, on the facade of the Peruvian Medical College, as a memorial; hundreds of black ribons and portraits of Peruvian doctors who died on duty when fighting the pandemic.
