Villa Chiossone is an eighteenth-century Coppedè style building, since 2005 is seat of the Institute for Visually Impaired David Chiossone; Institute born in the early years of the newly formed Kingdom of Italy that, for almost two centuries operates as a center of education and assistance for the visually impaired, ensuring their hospitality, work and protection. Today the Chiossone is a center of excellence at national level active in all fields that affect visual disability in all age groups and is able to assist from the first months of life children and adolescents with impaired vision applying the therapies and techniques of more innovative rehabilitation. Villa Chiossone is also a refined location to host events and weddings.
