On Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2024, at about 11 , an Oregon State Trooper stopped a vehicle on Interstate 5 northbound in Douglas County for traffic violations. During the stop, the trooper observed signs of possible criminal activity and requested to search the vehicle. The consent search of the vehicle resulted in the discovery of pounds of fentanyl powder.
