FORT STEWART, Ga. June 3, 2015 - Georgia Army National Guard Private Travis Weekes, a member of Company B, 348th Brigade Support Battalion is recognized for excellence by Col. Thomas Carden, commander of the Georgia Army National Guard. Weekes, a wheeled-vehicle mechanic from Savannah, was singled out by his chain of command for superior performance during his first annual training with the unit.
