Bulge in the abdomen in a 65 year old male patient due to an incisional hernia. A hernia is the protrusion of an organ or tissue (in this case the intestines) through an abnormal opening, here the weakened abdominal wall. This followed a laparoscopic (endoscope) operation after a colostomy.
