Norfolk, Va. (June 13, 2018) Capt. Matthew Jackson, Expeditionary Combat Readiness Center (ECRC) commanding officer presents the Meritorious Service Medal to Cmdr. Charles Sauls at his retirement following 34 years of naval service.
