An infantry gun, 18th century. Smooth, slightly shortened barrel in 19 mm calibre, four eagle marks at the breech, length of the barrel cm. The brass front sight slightly shifted backwards, the uppermost barrel ring removed. Flintlock, inscribed on the lockplate "POTZDAMMAGAZ" (intertwined A and M) as well as manufacturer's inscription "S&D". Walnut stock with so-called cow-foot butt (partly restored), brass furniture, escutcheon without cipher. The side plate and the nosepiece as well as some screws are replacements.
