Col. Terence McGee, 349th Air Mobility Wing commander (left) , presides over the 349th Operations Group Assumption of Command Ceremony where Col. Joseph Romeo assumed command of the unit on January 06, 2024, at Travis Air Force Base, California. As commander of the 349th Operations Group, Romeo will lead the largest operations group in the Air Force Reserve Command with four flying squadrons, an aeromedical evacuation squadron and an air mobility operations squadron.
