A German walking stick with a hunting motif, middle of the 19th century. Ivory pommel with a finely carved hunting scene, hounds struggling with a stag and doe. The collar is decorated with tendril designs and an empty cartouche. Bamboo shaft and iron tip. The grip has a beautiful, warm patina. The silver plating on the ring is heavily worn.
