Rather smaller and more ovalthan Pulliats description;condition very good; matur-ity irregular; some launchesquite ripe, and others stilltasting green; some bunchesof second crop seem to havebeen picked with them. Vines strong; much secondcrop; vines variable, somelosing leaves, others fullgreen; a few vines bearingfine compact bunches, restwith bunch small, loose andstraggling with both earlyand late coulure. Spur-pruned making too muchwood; much second crop;bunches loose, not muchcoulured; a little overripe atpicking.
