The sternite of the ^ () is longitudinally divided. Formerly I took these plates to be basal joints of the gonopods, but I now agree with the view of VerhoefE, who considers them a divided sternite. The genital appendages of the (J are inserted on its posterior margin, so that the ventral wall.
