H. Rochus is appointed by Christ to pattern of the bullyers; Sancte Roche Ora Pro Nobis. Saint Rochus kneels on a stone staircase before Christ. The risen Christ points to an angel who wears a tablet in the hands that states that the Rochus pattern will be from the bully. Rochus holds his pilgrim hat and staff in hand and next to him is his dog. Down questions seven people who suffer from the plague to help.
