The swollen legs of a patient with congenital lymphoedema. The patient has swelling in both legs, although the swelling of the patient's left leg, particularly just above the ankle, is more pronounced than that in the right leg. In this patient there is also a raised region on the left foot which may be due to a blood vessel or blocked lymphatic vessel
