Tom Reck, vice commander, 6th Fleet, reviews a formation of Cameroonian sailors during a scheduled visit in support of Africa Partnership station, March 13. Africa Partnership Station, an international collaborative capacity-building program, is being conducted in conjunction with a scheduled deployment by the joint high-speed vessel USNS Spearhead (JHSV 1) to the 6th Fleet area of operations.
