Richard Baker is the Director for Air Force STEM Outreach based at the Air Force Research Laboratory at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio, Jul 21, 2016. While the Air Force has had local STEM outreach programs centered around Air Force bases for decades, their has not been and umbrella organization at the service level until three years ago. Baker is in charge of organizing, supporting and guiding the 30 K-12 STEM outreach offices working out of Air Force bases, the Air Force Academy and the Air Force Office of Scientific Research.
