Old Windsor, UK. 29th October, 2023. Following heavy rain, Thames Water Windsor Sewage Treatment Works are discharging storm overflow into the River Thames in Windsor, Berkshire again today. The colour of the water being piped into the River Thames was a murky brown colour and had white foam floating on it.
