Northampton, UK. 19th July, 2015. The Annual Dragon Boat Race which has always been free to watch, held on the river Nene by Midsummer Meadow close to the town centre is being held for the first time at Billing Aquadrome with a charge to enter the park, to support the Rotary Club who organise the event.
