Morning after scene at site where an allegedly intoxicated driver fleeing the police ran his car into a crowd during the South by Southwest Music Festival early Thursday morning, killing two people and injuring 23 others close to the Mohawk bar on Red River street, close to the downtown East Sixth Street entertainment district.
