THE MORE the entry lists for the Pleasanton andBreeders meetings are studied the harder it is tomake a forecast of the probable winners of thedifferent events. Never in the history of Californiaracing has a program been published which containedso many hard races to pick as the one printed lastweek for the Breeders meeting in August. It mustbe remembered that the entire program of this meet-is made up.
