Argentine Republic—Essays ofa new issue are in Paris; they areengraved on steel, are of three valuesas hitherto, bat the arms are replacedby a bust—rather to the left—of DonBernardin Rivadavia. They all bearthe value in words as well as figures,and are all three different in colours of these essays are thesame as the regular stamps, but theyhave not been finally adopted.
