The forward-deployed amphibious assault ship USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD 6) is moored pierside at Naval Base Guam for a scheduled port visit. Bonhomme Richard, commanded by Capt. Daniel Dusek, is the lead ship of the only forward-deployed amphibious ready group and is currently operating in the 7th Fleet Area of Operations.
