The Hopewell Rocks are stone formations in 'The Rocks Privincial Park' in New Brunswick, Canada. The rock formations were caused by tidal erosion. This area of Bay of Fundy has a maximum range of tide of more than 50 feet (16 meters) and 70 feet (21 meters) during spring tides. The largest range of tide in the world. This image taken at nearly low tide. The sea floor can be visited during low tides. The strange rock formations are also called flowerpot rocks because of their form.
