PARIS - AUGUST 29 : Hindu worshippers celebrate the Ganesh Festival on August 29, 2010 in Paris, France. Musicians, singers, dancers and floats displaying statues of the elephant-headed God parade in the streets of the 18th district of the french capital city where a large part of the Hindu community lives. Along the way, offerings are blessed and hundreds of coconuts are smashed in honour of Ganesh, son of Shiva and Parvati, who is widely worshiped as the god of wisdom, prosperity and good fortune.
