Looking down can often be as exciting as looking up or around you, especially if you are into feet, shadows or abstract patterns. Here we see a regular pattern of cobblestones in Market Place, the medieval town centre of Abingdon-on-Thames in Oxfordshire, England. But then I got adventurous and turned it into something more colourful and abstract, using a combination of Photoshop techniques including image folding, rotation, multi-layer blending, transformations and gradient mapping.
