Miss Elizabeth Lowndes, president ofthe Ladies Rifle Club of Cumberland,made a short address, thanking the Di-vision Office Rifle Club for the invitationto witness the contest, complimentingthe young ladies on the formation of theclub and the conveniently located indoorrange, and suggested that both clubscompete with each other to stimulateinterest.
