We shall continue to maintain dispensary service, in connec-tion with the orthopedic hospitals, for such children as can receiveproper care in their own homes; but, as far as possible, we shallseek for such children the benefit of the orthopedic hospital andthe convalescent homes, because of the difficulty of securing effi-cient execution of the surgeons orders in private families, evenamong fairly intelligent people.
