The Army Chief of Staff, James C. McConville, visited the 278th Armored Cavalry Regiment Tactical Operation Center while training at Fort Hood, Texas. The eXportable Combat Training Capability is a series of training overseen by First Army and supported by the 174th Infantry Brigade, intended to increase the skills and readiness of the Tennessee Army National Guard.
