ARABIAN GULF (Jan. 2, 2018) Fire Controlman 1st Class Jeffrey Napier performs a takedown on Fire Controlman 3rd Class Jacobie Frederick during naval security force training aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Halsey (DDG 97).
