NORFOLK, Va. (July 4, 2016) The Chief of Naval Operations, Adm. John Richardson, addressed the crew and special guests in commemorating the 25th anniversary of the commissioning of USS Arleigh Burke (DDG 51). The patriotic ceremony highlighted the three-day event held in downtown Norfolk, where the ship was commissioned.
